Mastic Asphalt Steps
When the time comes and your steps are either leaking , or in a state of disrepair call North London Asphalt and we will give you a free quote and advice on what we can do for you. We undertake all works from repairs to stripping down existing coverings and re-laying in new asphalt.
Out of the three grades of asphalt Recreational Duty and Paving Duty are always used as these are designed primarily for traffic and hard wearing areas.
Mastic Asphalt Roof
Roof leaking ,or in need of a new roof we can strip back the existing covering and re-lay in two coats of top grade Roofing mastic asphalt onto a sheathing felt membrane allowing the roof to breathe but still maintaining a watertight area covered , with skirtings and fillets all areas will be 100% guaranteed from water ingress.
